FEE RULES |
|
| |
1. |
School fees shall be paid in two instalments payable for 12 months of the academic year as per schedule without fine, with a fine of Rs. 5 per day for a period of fifteen days after the due date and on further default the name of the student will be removed from the rolls without further notice. |
|
| |
2. |
The schedule of fees for the academic year can be obtained from the school office. Parents may pay the two instalments at one time if they so desire at the beginning of the academic year. |
|
| |
3. |
Fees should be paid in full and no part payment will be accepted. No fees, once paid, will be refunded any circumstances. |
|
| |
4. |
The school acknowledges every payment made to it by a duly signed receipt. Parents are requested to make sure that they receive a proper receipt for every payment they make and the school will not be responsible for payments made without proper receipts. There may be an annual increase of 5-10% in fees every year. |

5. |
Boarders to pay an advance of Rs.4000/- towards personal account. |
|
| |
6. |
Students opting for computer science in grade 11 & 12 will have to pay an extra fee annually. |
|
| |
7. |
Newly admitted students should pay Rs. 500/- towards Caution Deposit. It will be refundable at the end of the course after deducting outstanding dues, if any. It will not be refunded before the end of the academic session even if the student leaves the school mid way. |

| |
8. |
Each student to pay an annual subscription of Rs. 10/- and Rs.100/- to M.E.S. Central Committee fund and M.E.S. Education Board, respectively. At the time of admission the new students have to pay Rs. 25/- and Rs.100/-respectively. |

9. |
All students are to join the Group Insurance Scheme by subscribing an annual premium of Rs.5/- |
